RCI series

The RCI tipping body series is used to tip and unload industrial caissons which can hold up to a maximum of 3000kg and a rotating angle of 130° maximum; the loading of the caisson is carried out by using a lift truck or a transpallet.

RCI-TCV series

By applying a hopper with a vibrating channel which doses the pieces towards the interlocking point to the base model, it is possible to realise tipping bodies with vibrating dosers. This series of equipment has an oleo-dynamic action.
This equipment can be adapted to the different needs of the customer, for example:

For encumbrance needs, on request it is possible to realise side loading tipping bodies.
The upward and downward speeds are singularly regulated and on request can be supplied, completed, with an emptying cycle.
The models are available with adjustable feet or with wheels.
The unloading hopper can be supplied in a fixed position or with variable angles.

Hoist Tipper

ERI series: The ERI hoist tipper series is used to lift and tip up to a maximum quote of 3m, to unload industrial caissons which hold a maximum of 3000kg ; the rotating angle of the caisson can reach 130°. The loading of the caisson is carried out by using a lift truck or a transpallet. The machine has a reduced encumbrance seen from above and does not have any lateral protrusions which can be dangerous for workers. The upward and downward speeds are singularly regulated.
ERI-TCV series: By applying a hopper with a vibrating channel which doses the pieces towards the interlocking point to the base model, it is possible to realise hoists with vibrating dosers. This series of equipment has an electro-hydraulic action. This equipment can be adapted to the different needs of the customer.

Tilters for caissons

PCF model: The PCF caisson tilter models are particularly indicated for the picking up of raw or semi-manufactured material with manual interlocking with the functioning machines.
PCM model: The PCM caisson tilter models are equipped with wheels so that they can be moved from one place to another. The tilters have an electro-hydraulic action with an electric push button panel to go up and down.

Hydraulic Platforms

PES model: Hydraulic platforms of this model are realised on customer specifics and used for particular jobs as lifting machines, structures or caissons in variable quotes according to weight and dimension as seen from above.
PED model: On specific customer request it is possible to realise double pantograph hydraulic platforms, used for particular jobs as lifting machines, structures or caissons in variable quotes according to weight and dimension as seen from above.

Integrated Supply Groups

Integrated Supply Groups: The REP models of the integrated supply groups are an absolute novelty to Co.M.Ind. in the field of interlocking vision systems, manufacturing and various manipulations, allowing caisson emptying and piece withdrawal to be gathered in the same system. Such groups have, among various prerogatives, a great encumbrance content, notable autonomy and an important noise reduction level. The integrated supply groups have multiple functions. In the presence of particularly large and above all heavy pieces, they can be completely supplied with accident-prevention protection, soundproof cabins and complete management of the cycle of the whole loading system.

Hoists

with chains: Particularly adapted for loading iron or heavy material. They are realised according to customer specifics. By keeping a relatively low loading plan, they can lift pieces at considerable heights.
With straps: Particularly adapted for loading voluminous and light material. They are realised according to customer specifics. All hoists are prepared for the assembling of a motor vibrator, supplied on request, which allows any type of transported particulars to evacuate from the hopper. These apparatus are made out of painted iron or steel.

Motorised Hoppers

Motorised Hoppers: Motorised Hoppers are built in different dimensions with variable capacities, from 50 to about 300 dm3. The tilt is variable up to a maximum of 25°. They can be supplied with an upright floor support with adjustable tilting and with anchorage on request. These apparatus are made out of painted iron or steel.

Transporters

Belts: Conveyor belts are built according to customer needs. They can be supplied with various mat and chain types and materials. In painted iron, steel or aluminium extract.
With vibration: Co.M.Ind. realizes any type of sifter, haphazard transport channels and vibrating dosers with electro-mechanical mass application according to the specific technique of the customer.
With rollers: This particular type of transporter can be realised on specific customer request which can be straight or curved, the system can be with a mechanical action or movement for gravity.
